Compensation

As a new company with a modest initial budget, compensation for positions is currently determined based on the budget of each project and is set by the Producers. While our initial budgets are limited, we are committed to fair and competitive pay. As Speckled Sheep Productions grows and our projects expand, we anticipate increasing our budget and improving compensation accordingly..
